Welcome to the 2025 release from Phase Three Wines.
We sincerely hope this finds you well!
It is with great pleasure that we offer four bottlings from the wonderful 2025 vintage.
A ‘Dero’ in all its glory. A vibrant, complex ‘Home of the Dero’. Our second release of the sleek & structured ‘Vinegarden’. And a broody, muscular ‘LeBOMB’.
Three showcase outstanding vineyards from our wonderful growers, whilst ‘Home of the Dero’ pays homage to our home. All four wines are made in the same way. This allows us to showcase the individual sites and let the vineyards speak for themselves.
All fruit is carefully hand harvested, with extended whole-bunch fermentations taking place in stainless-steel tanks in tiny batches. The wines are basket pressed, transferred via gravity and then put to rest in our cool cellar for around 15 months in quality French oak, predominantly barriques.
They are again racked via gravity before being bottled unfined, unfiltered and with minimal SO₂.
The 2025 release is once again in very limited quantities. The wines will soon be available to order online through our webstore. We urge you to sign up to our mailing list to receive the email alerting when the wines are available.
