2024 Phase Three Wines Release
**2024 Chardonnay & Pinot Noir now available in the shop below**
​We sincerely hope this finds you well and welcome to the 2024 release from Phase Three Wines.
And thank you for your ongoing support that allows us to keep doing what we love.
It is with great pleasure we offer four bottlings from the wonderful 2024 vintage; An elegant & complex 'Dero.' a fresh & Vibrant 'Home of the Dero.' Our sleek & ripping new release 'Vinegarden.' & the structured & Broody 'LeBOMB.' Three showcase our most outstanding Single Sites from their respective subregions. Whilst Dero is the result of putting these great parcels together!
As usual. Our fruit was carefully hand harvested, Basket Pressed. All transfers were made via gravity. And the wine put to rest in our cool cellaring conditions for around 17 months in French Oak Barriques, bottled unfined & unfiltered.
The 2024 release is in very limited quantities. In fact, Dero is the smallest production to date. The wines are now available to order online through our webstore for a very short period of time. We urge you to order promptly to avoid disappointment.
There are just a few 1.5 and 3L options available. Should they be of interest. Please message us!
We are happy to hold the wines here for you in our cellar should delayed shipping be required.
