LeBOMB Syrah 2025
Greenock & Ebenezer Old Vine.
We are thrilled to offer our third release of LeBOMB!
As the name suggests, this is made up of the bigger parcels in our stable. Greenock old vines on red clay over Ironstone from the brothers Damon & Nathan Kalleske’s ripper ‘East Block’ are again the main feature as in the 24 release.
2025 produced a really serious and broody wine from this site, so the decision was made to combine just a lick of Hoffmann old vines in the mix to bring a little extra fruit generosity.
The result is a tightly structured, broody expansive and rich mouth filling wine of complexity. And like all the wines in the 2025 range this one especially loves a good lick of air to show its full potential and will reward many years in the cellar.
